Für fehlende Ware übernehmen wir keine Haftung, dazu wird das Verpacken unserer Ware zur Dokumentation videoaufgezeichnet. Danach wird es durch unser gelbes Simone Bruns Verpackungsband verschlossen und versiegelt. Sollte das Paket bei Ihnen beschädigt ankommen und/oder Ware fehlen, muss es innerhalb von 24 Stunden angezeigt werden. Dazu wenden Sie sich bitte an den zustellenden Transporteur und setzen uns darüber in Kenntnis. Für fehlende Ware übernehmen wir keine Haftung. Hierbei haben Sie 10 Tage Einsicht in die Videoaufzeichung der Verpackung. 

Bei beschädigter oder fehlerhafter Ware setzten Sie sich bitte innerhalb der nächsten 7 Tage nach Lieferung der Ware mit uns in Kenntnis und dokumentieren Sie diese Fehler. Fehlerhafte Ware kann nach Absprache mit uns, reklamiert und zurück geschickt werden.

Für alle Waren, die innerhalb der Europäischen Union verschickt werden, sind keine zusätzlichen Steuern oder Zölle fällig. Die Artikelpreise und Lieferkosten enthalten die jeweils gültige Mehrwertsteuer und sind somit als Bruttopreise angegeben.

Die Einfuhrumsatzsteuer sowie eventuell anfallende Zölle oder Bearbeitungsgebühren sind an unseren Servicepartner (z.B.: DHL Express, Aitport Kurier, Federal Express) separat zu entrichten. We do not accept any liability for missing goods. The packaging of our goods is video-recorded for documentation purposes. It is then closed and sealed with our yellow Simone Bruns packaging tape. If the parcel arrives damaged and/or goods are missing, it must be reported within 24 hours. To do this, please contact the delivering carrier and inform us. We accept no liability for missing goods. You have 10 days to view the video recording of the packaging.

 

If the goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and document these faults. Defective goods can be claimed and returned after consultation with us.


CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES WITHIN THE EU

No additional taxes or duties are due on goods shipped within the European Union. The item prices and delivery costs include applicable VAT and are therefore stated as gross prices.

If you have your main place of residence in a third country and we deliver the goods to the corresponding address, you will always pay the net amount at Simonebruns.com.

The import sales tax and any customs duties or handling fees are to be paid separately to our service partner (e.g. DHL Express, Aitport Courier, Federal Express). Please note that we cannot refund these costs if you return the items.
