RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the goods. Further information can be found in our Terms and Conditions. Free returns only apply to orders within the EU.

Returns with UPS

Font 1: Please fill out the enclosed return and exchange form and list the items you wish to return. Please also state the reason for the return and/or the desired exchange size.

Step 2: Please contact us by email or phone. We will then email you a return label, which you can print out.

Step 3: Please place the completed form in the original box along with the items you wish to return.

Step 4: Securely attach the return label to the outside of the sealed package.

Step 5: Take the package to a UPS Point near you or arrange for UPS to pick it up.

Step 6: As soon as we receive your return, we'll send you a confirmation. Once it's been successfully processed, the amount will be credited to your account immediately.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • All returned items must be in perfect condition, including unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All tags must be intact.
  • Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use additional protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection.
  • We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Shipping costs for reduced items

When ordering discounted items (sale products), customers are responsible for all shipping costs – even for returns or exchanges. Free shipping or a refund of shipping costs is not available in this case.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to revoke your contractual declaration, you have the following options:

1. CANCELLATION DECLARATION BY RETURN

Your cancellation will be automatically processed if you return the item within 14 days of receipt.

2. WRITTEN OR TELEPHONE DECLARATION OF CANCELLATION

After receiving your items, you have 14 days to send us your cancellation notice either in writing, such as by email, letter, or telephone. After you have notified us, we ask you to return the items within 14 days.

EXCHANGE

Within the cancellation period, you also have the option of exchanging your ordered items (including discounted items) for a different size free of charge.

Please contact our team to check availability and fill out the return slip enclosed with your package accordingly.

Please note that an exchange can only be made for the same item in a different size. Exchanges for a different item are not possible. In this case, please return the item to be exchanged and reorder the desired item.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for orders outside the EU (excluding European third countries).

Once we receive your return, our team will process and inspect it promptly to refund your money promptly, but no later than 5 working days from receipt of your return.

Refunds will only be issued using your original payment method. Please understand that for security reasons, we cannot refund to other accounts or credit cards.

Shipping costs for orders outside the EU (excluding European third countries) will not be refunded.
